This manual serves as a complementary resource for Professional Higher Education institutions, offering guidance on implementing a comprehensive quality management system. It provides a structured approach to enhancing institutional quality by helping leaders:

  3. Develop a quality policy rooted in institutional principles.
  4. Set concrete objectives, allocate resources, and establish responsibilities.

Designed as a practical tool for institutional leaders, the manual offers a concise introduction to key quality assurance topics. It is supplemented by video resources from the QA Lead project, providing additional insights and real-world examples.
