We are working on the full roadmap for the LCAMP platform, and this document helps us shape it. It’s a draft that we will update as we go, to make sure we have got the best plan in place.

The final version will include the key features we want to build, how we will prioritise them, and what technical work is needed. It will also cover sprint planning, user stories, and how we’ll manage bug tracking and fixes.

We are also setting out a clear approach to content. This means what type of content should go where, who’s in charge of it, how much is needed, and when. We’ll define how to check the quality of content, and how we will handle translation and localisation.

Getting the roadmap right helps us build a strong development process. That’s what leads to a solid, useful LCAMP platform in the end.

But we can’t do it alone. It’ll only work if all partners stay on the same page, share the right data, and meet the agreed needs. That is why we are setting this out clearly now – so we all know what to expect, and what is expected from us.
