We have put together the first Annual Dissemination Report for LCAMP to track how well our communication efforts are working. It sums up what has been done over 12 months (June 2022 to June 2023) by all project partners and checks progress against the goals we set in the original strategy.
To keep everything up to date, we asked partners to update their dissemination trackers twice a year. This gave us a clear view of what’s been achieved so far—what’s working well, what needs a push, and where we can do better. We also looked at the local engagement updates from each partner in the Stakeholder Engagement Plan to see how things connect on the ground.
Based on key indicators and objectives, we are confident the project’s dissemination work is heading in the right direction. The next steps will focus on what’s coming up in the year ahead, building on what we’ve learnt and where we’ve made an impact.
The report isn’t just about checking boxes. It helps us keep the LCAMP message clear, relevant, and visible—across Europe and beyond. That way, we make sure the right people hear about our work, understand it, and want to get involved.
