My background is in psychology and reconciliation. Like most, I wish for peaceful societies. To do my part, I actively contribute to Rodeemos el Diálogo, a transnational organisation that supports Colombia’s peace process.
Before joining the KIC, I worked in executive search. I focused on increasing diversity in leadership roles in higher education. From there, I moved into marketing at a startup developing educational apps for children with special needs.
At the KIC, I help educational institutions issue digital credentials. I write project proposals, manage projects, develop training programmes, and provide strategic advice. On particularly good days, I get to use my smoothest voice to record voice-overs for project videos – voice acting career pending!
I’m slowly (but enthusiastically) learning Spanish and Korean. But to be safe, chat with me in English, German, Slovene, or the universally accepted language of suggesting a coffee break.
