Who we are

We help people reach their potential through better education

Colin Tück

I studied Information and Communication Technologies in Aachen, Maribor, and Vienna. My career began while I was still a student, getting involved in student representation. Starting at the local student union, I later took on roles at national and European levels. This sparked my passion for education policy, IT interoperability, digitalisation, and quality assurance.

After my work with the European Students’ Union (ESU), I became a project manager for the E4 group. There, I helped establish the European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education (EQAR). Later, I served as EQAR’s Director for 15 years.

I’m a policy consultant and head of development at the KIC. I set the direction for our technology work and connect our development capacity with education policy and practice. My focus lies in higher education, digitalisation, and quality assurance, with a particular interest in micro-credentials and connecting education across Europe.

Outside work, I enjoy cycling around Ljubljana’s hills. On holiday, I explore the Balkans on longer tours.
