We have developed the LCAMP Stakeholders Engagement Plan to make sure the right people are informed, involved, and active throughout the project. This plan builds on our earlier Dissemination and Communication Strategy and focuses on how each partner will reach out locally—at national, regional, and community level.
We know that different stakeholders will have different levels of interest and influence. That’s why we’ve mapped out who they are, what role they can play, and how we’ll connect with them. This includes EU institutions, civil society groups, training providers, industry players, and more.
Every partner in the LCAMP consortium has a local action plan. These plans set out specific activities to keep stakeholders in the loop and encourage their input. We’re using a mix of tools—events, newsletters, social media, targeted emails, and dedicated platform content—to keep communication clear and useful.
Our goal is simple: we want to build strong ties between VET and industry across Europe. That can’t happen without stakeholder trust, feedback, and support. This plan is how we get there—by staying connected, listening, and showing how LCAMP adds value in real terms, on the ground, where it matters most. It’s a shared effort, and we’re all part of it.
