I’ve spent most of my career helping large organisations improve how they work and how they change. People-centred learning has always been at the heart of that work.
Before joining KIC, I worked at Banka Slovenije, the Central Bank of Slovenia. Over a decade there, I contributed to major transformation projects, including introducing the euro and modernising payment and settlement systems. That work gave me a solid grounding in large-scale change management.
From there, I led EU-funded, multi-country programmes at the CEF, Centre of Excellence in Finance. That role deepened my focus on peer learning and helping institutions put policy into practice.
At KIC, I work at the crossroads of people, operations, projects, and finance. My job is to keep the structures and processes running so the rest of the team can focus on what they do best – innovating and delivering. I make sure KIC stays financially sound, transparent, and compliant with EU funding and governance rules so the team’s creativity has room to grow.
Outside work, I head outdoors – gardening, hiking with my dog, and swimming. I also draw energy and inspiration from good food and good music, embracing the joy of everyday moments.
