We have created this report to explore how two models—ADMA and CLF—can work together to improve how we train people for the future of work. ADMA is a well-known method that helps SMEs go digital. CLF, or Collaborative Learning Factory, is a model we use in LCAMP to shape how hands-on, tech-focused learning environments are built in VET centres.
Our aim is to see how ADMA’s business-focused recommendations can be applied in education. By linking ADMA’s approach with the CLF’s structure, we want to bring training centres closer to the needs of real companies. If we can match how SMEs transform with how students learn, we’ll help learners gain the right skills for a changing job market.
In this report, we sum up the key ideas behind both models. We then run a first analysis to find where they connect. This early work will help us shape better training environments that reflect industry standards and technology use.
By merging educational practice with real-world transformation models, LCAMP hopes to prepare students not just for today’s workplace—but for what’s coming next.
