Project description

GNurseSIM helped universities train future geriatric nurses to care for older patients from different cultural backgrounds. It focused on using simulations to improve nursing skills while considering cultural differences between patients and nurses.

Key objectives:

• Prepare nurses for culturally diverse elderly care.
• Create a course that blends online and hands-on training.
• Use simulations to improve the quality of care for older patients.
• Develop guidelines for using this approach in other nursing fields.
• This helps ensure better care for the aging global population.

KIC role

We provided guidance, support, and assessment for all intellectual outputs, ensuring quality and alignment with project goals. Additionally, we monitored and evaluated the effectiveness of these outputs.We led the project’s branding efforts, and managed both internal and external communication to ensure consistency and engagement across stakeholders.
