Dissemination and Communication Strategy

Abstract

We have designed the LCAMP Dissemination and Communication Strategy to give all partners a clear, shared guide for how we talk about the project. It lays out our goals, who we want to reach, and the tools we’ll use to get there.

The strategy explains what each partner is responsible for, when things need to happen, and how we’ll track progress. It’s more than a timeline—it’s a roadmap for telling LCAMP’s story in a way that’s consistent, useful, and easy to follow.

To keep everything aligned, we’ve also included visual and writing guidelines. These help us all stick to a common voice and look, whether we’re creating posters, social media posts, presentations, or reports. This makes LCAMP recognisable and professional across every channel.

Whether you’re planning a local event, publishing an article, or updating the platform, this strategy gives you the direction you need. It brings all of our efforts together, so the message is clear and the impact is greater.
