I’ve been driving change since 2007. I have worked with governments, companies, and NGOs across various sectors. My expertise lies in project management, quality assurance, training, research, innovation, and policy development. I’ve extensive experience with EU funding programmes, especially Horizon Europe and Erasmus+. I’m passionate about leading teams to improve performance.
My journey began at the EU Secretariat in the Office of the Prime Minister. From there, I joined the Malta Council for Science & Technology. I’ve also held leadership roles in the corporate world. Later, I continued in policy and project management at The Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry.
I’m a Senior Researcher and Project Manager at the KIC. I align objectives with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations. I coordinate team efforts and check progress to ensure timely delivery. I specialise in bid writing, crafting compelling proposals for various funding opportunities.
My passion for making a difference does not stop there. I also work as Malta’s EIT Community Officer for the RIS Hub, and as Quality Assurance Consultant and Strategist for other organisations.
I’m an active mental health advocate. That’s why I volunteer as General Secretary to the Mental Health Association.
Outside of work, I enjoy drawing, dancing contemporary and contributing to initiatives that make a difference.
