Project description
The RALExILA project is all about making it easier for adults in Europe to access and benefit from learning opportunities. Here’s a simple breakdown:
- Centralises training info: Develops a national system where adults can find training opportunities all in one place.
- Supports the set-up of Individual Learning Accounts (ILAs): Help ministries set up ILAs with the aim to support adults with career and personal growth through easier access to entitlements.
- Improves learning quality: Focuses on quality standards, so learners trust the programs offered.
- Encourages lifelong learning: Makes it simpler for people to learn throughout their lives, upgrading their skills as needed.
- Promotes inclusivity: Ensures that all adults, regardless of background, can access these learning opportunities.
