Designing training for diverse audience: The ETF’s course on national qualifications databases
Creating online training for diverse international audiences presents unique challenges. At the KIC, we designed the ETF’s National Qualifications Database course using a pyramid structure and 4-level framework. Our solution balanced ministers’ strategic needs with developers’ technical requirements. Through country-specific webinars and layered content, we created coherent training that speaks to different professional groups while maintaining accessibility for all participants.
