Ivana is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience as a project officer and researcher for Serbian NGOs, government agencies, and international organizations.
She specializes in democratization, inclusive governance, youth education, and non-formal education. In 2012, she began her career as an election observer with OSCE/ODIHR and currently holds the position of Long-Term Observer and Parliamentary Liaison Officer for various elections in Europe and Central Asia.
